I’m sure that most of you are familiar with jott.com, the service that lets you send reminders from your cell phone while you’re on the go. It’s a great service that many of us got to know, love and depend on as a tool for our hectic business.
If you’ve been using jott then you know they have recently started charging for what we have enjoyed as a free service for quite some time. Keeping my money in my pocket is more important than ever right now, so I decided to check out my options.
The search began and I finally found my replacement for jott. It’s called Dial2Do. You can text, get the weather report, email and for those of you that don’t have a smart phone you can even listen to your email. The computer voice is a bit annoying but if you’re in a pinch it will come in handy. And for the world traveler it even has a translation service.
You can upload your contacts from several different contact management applications and add/remove services as needed.
It may not offer all the options we had with jott, but it does have a few extras you might enjoy!
